Warnings

W01 Memory fault: Issue with datalogger memory. Action: Contact technical assistance.

W02 Unset nation: The nation setting is missing. Action: Select the nation of installation as per the 'Choosing the nation' section.

W03 Unset clock: Date not set. Action: Set the date via the ‘SETTINGS’ Menu.

W04 Fan anomaly: Indicates a fan problem. Action: Turn off the inverter, check for foreign objects in the fan, and if necessary, contact technical assistance.

W05 High °C: Inverter temperature is high. Action: Check installation site requirements. If the alarm persists after a prolonged shutdown, contact technical assistance.

W06 Low °C: Room temperature is too low or temperature sensors are faulty. Action: Check inverter operation during central hours of the day and/or sensor reliability.

W08 Derating P/I: Inverter operating with limited power. Action: Refer to the Efficiency and power limitation section.

W09 Low Vdc: Input voltage is low; inverter in standby before starting. Action: This is normal in certain conditions; no action needed unless persistent.

W10 Low DC power: Low power available from PV generator; inverter goes into standby. Action: Check if panels are covered with snow or dirty and clean if necessary.

W11 Grid timeout: Grid outside limits for over 10 minutes in 'Check AC'. Action: Wait for reconnection.

W12 Plow timeout: Output power too low for too long, inverter enters standby. Action: Wait for reconnection.

W13 Precharge KO: Bulk capacitors loading longer than expected. Action: This is normal at sunrise/sunset or if panels are dirty or covered with snow.

System Malfunctions

A08 No Grid: No grid voltage present, inverter switches off if condition persists. Action: Wait for reconnection.
