Fault Definition: The inverter is not able to detect AC voltage.
Possible Causes: Grid is not available, incorrect AC connection, AC switch between inverter and utility is not ON.
Proposed Actions for End-user: Ensure breaker and switch on AC side are closed, check AC wiring.
Proposed Actions for Professionals: Same as for end-users but if the problem persists, replace the inverter.

Fault Message: PV over Voltage
Fault Definition: The detected PV voltage is higher than the specification.
Possible Causes: PV array voltage is too high, DC input side of the inverter is abnormal.
Proposed Actions for End-user: Open DC connection and reconnect, call local service if fault continues.
Proposed Actions for Professionals: Check open PV voltage, ensure it's used within specification, replace the inverter if necessary.

Fault Message: Consistent Fault
Fault Definition: The readings of 2 microprocessors are inconsistent.
Possible Causes: Software problem, circuits inside the inverter are abnormal.
Proposed Actions for End-user: Open all DC connections of the inverter, wait, reconnect, and check.
Proposed Actions for Professionals: Same as for end-users but update the firmware or replace the inverter if the fault continues.

Fault Message: Inverter Failure (Over Temperature)
Fault Definition: The detected temperature is high.
Possible Causes: Ambient temperature is too high, heat dissipation problem.
Proposed Actions for End-user: Check ambient temperature, space near the heat sink, remove any obstacles.
Proposed Actions for Professionals: Ensure installation location is not directly in the sun, check air flow, replace inverter if necessary.

Warning: Dangerous high voltage exists on both DC and AC wires and connections. For end-users, please do NOT touch any live parts.
