Inverter Event Messages Guide

General Issues

  • Country Code Failed

    • Description: Inconsistency between the selected country setting and the stored memory setting.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • Country Parameters Invalid

    • Description: Inverter cannot inject into the grid due to invalid parameters.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • Device Overheated

    • Description: Maximum permissible temperature exceeded despite capacity reduction.
    • Action: Check installation conditions; contact installer if frequent.

  • Data Transfer Failed

    • Description: Failed setting adoption, e.g., during commissioning.
    • Action: Repeat setting; contact installer if frequent.

  • Fan Faulty

    • Description: Internal fan defect, may result in reduced capacity operation.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • Grid Current DC Offset Too High

    • Description: DC current power share injected exceeds permissible value.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

Grid Issues

  • Grid Frequency Too High/Low

    • Description: Grid frequency outside permissible range.
    • Action: Contact installer if frequent.

  • Grid Islanding Detected

    • Description: No voltage in grid detected, safety shutdown.
    • Action: Contact installer if frequent.

  • Grid Relay Defective

    • Description: Detected defective grid relay.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • Grid Voltage Too High/Low

    • Description: Grid voltage outside permissible range.
    • Action: Contact installer if frequent.

  • Grid Voltage Too High/Low for Reactivation

    • Description: After shutdown, grid voltage outside switch-on value.
    • Action: Contact installer if frequent.

Internal Issues

  • Internal Error/Info/Warning

    • Description: Various internal issues detected.
    • Action: Contact your installer if frequent.

  • Isolation Error

    • Description: Insulating resistor below permissible value.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • L and N Swapped

    • Description: Outer and neutral conductors incorrectly connected.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • No Branding

    • Description: Incorrect or faulty device data.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

Connection and Temperature Issues

  • No Connection to the Energy Meter

    • Description: Missing or incorrect communication connection.
    • Action: Contact your installer for a check.

  • Overtemperature HSS

    • Description: Boost converter temperature exceeded permissible range.
    • Action: Check installation conditions; contact installer if frequent.

  • Power Reduction Due to Temperature

    • Description: Output power reduced due to maximum temperature reached.
    • Action: Check installation conditions; contact installer if frequent.

PV and Current Issues

  • PV Current Too High

    • Description: Input current exceeds permissible value.
    • Action: Contact your installer if frequent.

  • PV Voltage Too High

    • Description: Input voltage exceeds permissible value.
    • Action: Switch off DC load-break switch; notify your installer.

  • Reading CountryCode Failed

    • Description: Country setting could not be correctly read from memory.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

  • Residual Current Too High

    • Description: Fault current exceeds permissible value.
    • Action: Notify your installer.

Communication and Software Issues

  • RS485 Gateway Activated

    • Description: No communication possible via RS485 interface.
    • Action: Disconnect and reset inverter (AC reset); have installer perform this.

  • Software Incompatible

    • Description: Software statuses do not match after firmware update.
    • Action: Repeat firmware update with a valid file; contact installer if frequent.

  • Time/Date Lost

    • Description: Inverter lost time, affecting yield data storage and event messages.
    • Action: Correct the time settings under Settings > Time/date.
