Inverter Event Messages Guide

General Issues

  • Country Code Failed

    • Description: Inconsistency between the selected country setting and the stored memory setting.
    • Action: Notify your installer.
  • Country Parameters Invalid

    • Description: Inverter cannot inject into the grid due to invalid parameters.
    • Action: Notify your installer.
  • Device Overheated

    • Description: Maximum permissible temperature exceeded despite capacity reduction.
    • Action: Check installation conditions; contact installer if frequent.
  • Data Transfer Failed

    • Description: Failed setting adoption, e.g., during commissioning.
    • Action: Repeat setting; contact installer if frequent.
  • Fan Faulty

    • Description: Internal fan defect, may result in reduced capacity operation.
    • Action: Notify your installer.
  • Grid Current DC Offset Too High

    • Description: DC current power share injected exceeds permissible value.

Grid Issues

  • Software Incompatible

  • Time/Date Lost
