**Troubleshooting:**

1. **Error Displayed**: Isolation fault
- **Description**: Ground fault of PV modules or failure of the surge protection.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Check the impedance between PV (+) and PV (-) and the ground. It should be greater than 8 MΩ.
2. If it's not an impedance problem, contact your installer.

2. **Error Displayed**: Ground I fault
- **Description**: The leakage current on the ground conductor is too high.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Due to excessively high ground current.
2. Turn off the DC disconnect and check the AC system.
3. If the fault disappears, turn on the DC disconnect and check the state of the PV inverter.
4. If the above action does not solve the problem, contact your installer.

3. **Error Displayed**: Grid fault
- **Description**: Measured network data exceeds specifications (voltage and frequency).
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Wait for 5 minutes; if the faulty network returns to normal, the inverter will restart automatically.
2. Ensure the grid voltage and frequency conform to specifications.
3. If the above action does not solve the problem, contact your installer.

4. **Error Displayed**: Impedance Fault (not applicable for Italian models)
- **Description**: Measured network impedance is too high.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Network impedance is greater than the allowed value.
2. Wait for 5 minutes to see if the fault disappears.
3. Check the cables between the PV inverter and the network. Replace them with larger cross-section cables if necessary.
4. Adjust the impedance parameter using software.
5. If the above action does not solve the problem, contact your installer.

5. **Error Displayed**: No Utility
- **Description**: The network is not available.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. The network is not connected.
2. Check the network connection.
3. Check network availability.

6. **Error Displayed**: PV over voltage
- **Description**: The input voltage is higher than the maximum input voltage.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Check the open-circuit voltage Voc to see if it's higher than 450 V DC or too close to 450 V DC (500 V for 2800, 3300, 4000 models, 750 V for ISG3O-4600/1, and 550 V for ISG1O-6000/1-I).
2. If Voc is lower than the above values and the problem persists, contact your local agency.

7. **Error Displayed**: Consistent Fault
- **Description**: The indications of the two microprocessors are not consistent. This may be due to a malfunction of the MCU and/or other circuits.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Turn off the PV field using the DC disconnect and restart the device.
2. If the above action does not solve the problem, contact your installer.

8. **Error Displayed**: Over temperature
- **Description**: The internal temperature is higher than the specified value.
- **Possible Actions**:
1. Internal temperature is higher than the specified normal value.
2. Reduce the ambient temperature by appropriate means or move the PV inverter to a cooler location.
3. If the above action does not solve the problem, contact your installer.

9. **Error Displayed**: Relay Failure
- **Description**: The relay between the inverter and the network is not operational.

10. **Error Displayed**: DC INJ High
- **Description**: DC output injection is too high.

11. **Error Displayed**: EEPROM Failure
- **Description**: EEPROM has data access issues.

12. **Error Displayed**: SCI Failure
- **Description**: Abnormal communication between MCU.

13. **Error Displayed**: High DC Bus
- **Description**: DC bus higher than expected.

14. **Error Displayed**: Low DC Bus
- **Description**: DC bus lower than expected.

15. **Error Displayed**: Ref 2.5V Fault
- **Description**: Abnormal 2.5V reference.

16. **Error Displayed**: DC Sensor Fault
- **Description**: Abnormal DC output sensor.

17. **Error Displayed**: GFCI Failure
- **Description**: Abnormal GFCI detection circuit.

**General Notes:**
- If no message is displayed, check the PV input connections. If the voltage is higher than 150 V, contact your installer.
- In the early morning, late afternoon, or when the sun is significantly obscured, the PV inverter may start and stop repeatedly. This happens when the PV field does not generate enough power for the operation of the control circuits.
