LCD Display Messages and Troubleshooting

Warnings

  • W01 Memory fault: Issue with datalogger memory. Action: Contact technical assistance.
  • W02 Unset nation: The nation setting is missing. Action: Select the nation of installation as per the 'Choosing the nation' section.
  • W03 Unset clock: Date not set. Action: Set the date via the ‘SETTINGS’ Menu.
  • W04 Fan anomaly: Indicates a fan problem. Action: Turn off the inverter, check for foreign objects in the fan, and if necessary, contact technical assistance.
  • W05 High °C: Inverter temperature is high. Action: Check installation site requirements. If the alarm persists after a prolonged shutdown, contact technical assistance.
  • W06 Low °C: Room temperature is too low or temperature sensors are faulty. Action: Check inverter operation during central hours of the day and/or sensor reliability.
  • W08 Derating P/I: Inverter operating with limited power. Action: Refer to the Efficiency and power limitation section.
  • W09 Low Vdc: Input voltage is low; inverter in standby before starting. Action: This is normal in certain conditions; no action needed unless persistent.
  • W10 Low DC power: Low power available from PV generator; inverter goes into standby. Action: Check if panels are covered with snow or dirty and clean if necessary.
  • W11 Grid timeout: Grid outside limits for over 10 minutes in 'Check AC'. Action: Wait for reconnection.
  • W12 Plow timeout: Output power too low for too long, inverter enters standby. Action: Wait for reconnection.
  • W13 Precharge KO: Bulk capacitors loading longer than expected. Action: This is normal at sunrise/sunset or if panels are dirty or covered with snow.
  • W14 REP command: Output power limited by grid operator. Action: No action required.
  • Start ramp: Initial output power limitation ramp in progress. Action: No action required.
  • W16 Boost fault: Input converter fault. Action: Contact technical assistance.

System Malfunctions

  • A02 Fac outrange: Grid frequency outside limits. Action: Wait for reconnection.
  • A03 Low Vac: Grid voltage outside limits. Action: Check AC system, contact your energy distributor.
  • A04 High Vac/A05 High avg Vac: Average grid voltage outside limits. Action: Same as above.
  • A06 Weak grid: Output power limited due to high grid voltage. Action: No immediate action required; check if adjustment needed.
  • A07 High Vdc: Input voltage exceeds maximum no-load voltage. Action: Verify system size.
  • A08 No Grid: No grid voltage present, inverter switches off if condition persists. Action: Wait for reconnection.
  • A09 Grid anomaly: Grid voltage or frequency outside limits. Action: Check AC system, contact your energy distributor.
  • A10 Overfrequen.: Output power limited according to grid frequency. Action: No action required.
  • A11 Emergency: Feeding interrupted by emergency command from grid operator. Action: Wait for resolution.

Inverter Problems

  • F01 High V_bulk+/F03 High V_bulk-/F03 High V_bulk: Internal voltage too high. Action: Contact technical assistance for 1.5kW – 2kW versions; 3kW version will restart by itself.
  • F04 Bulk balance: Internal bulk capacitors unbalanced. Action: Inverter will restart by itself.
  • F05 High °C: High temperature or faulty sensors. Action: Check installation site requirements; contact technical assistance if issue persists.
  • F06 Link fail: Inverter does not detect internal devices. Action: Contact technical assistance.
  • F07 Insulat. KO: Negative isolation resistance verification. Action: Check the system; if problem persists, contact for further assistance.
  • F08 DC injection: Too high DC current input on the grid. Action: Wait for grid reconnection.

Inverter Faults

  • L01 Data bus KO to L21 Autotest KO: Various communication, memory, and sensor issues. Action for all: Contact technical assistance or follow specific instructions provided for resetting or checking the installation.
  • L28 Iac sens. KO: Output current sensor fault. Action: Contact technical assistance.

Operating Conditions and Status Messages

  1. Off - No Display

    • Description: The PV inverter is completely off. The VDC is below the “Working range.”
  2. Standby - Waiting

    • Description: Input voltage (VDC) is below the "Working range" but above "Shutdown voltage."
  3. Powered On and Waiting - Ready…

    • Description: Input voltage is within the "Working range" but below the "Initial feed-in voltage." The inverter is ready to supply current once voltage exceeds this threshold.
  4. Grid Feed-In Control - Checking

    • Description: When voltage exceeds "Initial feed-in voltage," the inverter verifies feed-in conditions and initiates a countdown.
  5. Grid Feed-In, MPPT - Connected to Grid

    • Description: The inverter is supplying current to the grid. After 10 seconds, the power being supplied is displayed.
  6. Firmware Update - FLASH FLASH

    • Description: Firmware update is in progress.

Monitoring Parameters

  1. Instantaneous Output Power - Pac=xxxxW

    • Description: Real-time output power in watts (W).
  2. Accumulated Energy - Energy=xxxxxxkWh

    • Description: Total energy supplied to the grid since inverter installation.
  3. Grid Voltage - Vac=xxx.xV

    • Description: Grid voltage in volts AC (VAC).
  4. Grid Frequency - Frequency=xx.xHz

    • Description: Grid frequency in hertz (Hz).
  5. Grid Current - AC Current=xx.xA

    • Description: Current supplied to the grid in amperes (A).
  6. PV Input Voltage - Vdc=xxx.xV

    • Description: Input voltage from PV panels in volts (V).

System Faults

  1. Insulation Anomaly - Err. Aislamiento

    • Description: Ground insulation fault in the PV generator or input surge protection triggered.
  2. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) Active - Err. Tierra

    • Description: Excessive leakage current to ground.
  3. Network Fault - Fallo de red

    • Description: Measured network data (voltage, frequency) is out of tolerance.
  4. Abnormal Network Impedance - Err. Impedancia

    • Description: Network impedance exceeds permissible levels, or impedance change (ΔZ) is above the limit.
  5. Grid Unavailable - Red no presente

    • Description: The AC grid is unavailable.
  6. High DC Input Voltage - Sobretensión DC

    • Description: Input voltage exceeds the "Max. open DCV" threshold.

Inverter Faults

  1. Reading Consistency Error - Err. Micros

    • Description: Inconsistent AC parameter readings (voltage, frequency, leakage current, DC injection) from the microprocessors.
  2. High Temperature - Sobretemperatura

    • Description: Internal temperature exceeds normal operating limits.
  3. Output Relay Fault - ERR. Contactor AC

    • Description: The relay between the inverter and the grid is not functioning correctly.
  4. High DC Output Current - Nivel DC alto

    • Description: Excessive DC current injection on the output.
  5. EEPROM Error - ERR. EEPROM

    • Description: Issues with reading data from the internal EEPROM.
  6. Microprocessor Communication Error - ERR. COM

    • Description: Communication issue between microprocessors.
  7. High Internal Bus Voltage - FALLO CC ALTO

    • Description: Internal bus voltage is too high.
  8. Low Internal Bus Voltage - FALLO CC BAJO

    • Description: Internal bus voltage is too low.
  9. Reference Voltage Error (2.5V) - ERR. REF 2.5V

    • Description: Anomaly in the internal 2.5V reference voltage.
  10. DC Output Sensor Fault - ERR SENSOR DC

    • Description: Anomaly in the DC output sensor.

    • Description: Displays the inverter model.
  2. LCD Contrast Adjustment - Ajuste contraste

    • Description: Allows adjustment of the screen contrast.
  3. LCD Lock - LCD bloqueado

    • Description: Holds the currently displayed message on the screen.
  4. Reconnect Wait Time - Reconexión xxx s

    • Description: Time remaining before reconnecting to the grid.
  5. Firmware Version - Firmware xx.xx

    • Description: Displays the firmware version information.
  6. Language Setting - Ajuste idioma

    • Description: Sets the display language.
